📢 Job Opening: Google Ads & Meta Ads Executive Company: Webtrixz Experience: 1–3 Years Salary: 10k to 20k Location: Andheri West, Mumbai About the RoleWebtrixz is seeking an experienced Google Ads & Meta Ads Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize high-performing paid campaigns across Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). The ideal candidate should be result-driven, analytical, and capable of handling end-to-end campaign management to ensure maximum ROI. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, set up, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max. Create, optimize, and monitor Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for lead generation, engagement, and conversions. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy creation, and A/B testing. Optimize campaigns to achieve better performance—lower CPL, higher CTR, and improved conversions. Analyze campaign data, prepare weekly/monthly performance reports, and offer actionable insights. Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI. Keep up with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in Google and Meta advertising. Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets. Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in managing Google & Meta Ads. Strong understanding of PPC, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, pixel setup, and remarketing. Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and event tracking. Ability to analyze and interpret campaign data for decision-making. Knowledge of ad policies, compliance, and best practices. Strong communication and reporting skills. Good to HaveExperience with LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads, or other performance marketing platforms. Basic understanding of landing page optimization (UI/UX).
