The Design team at Nuvama Wealth is focused on delivering intuitive, user-centric experiences across our digital investment platforms. We support a wide range of users including retail customers, partners, and internal teams. Our goal is to simplify complex financial journeys through thoughtful design and seamless digital interactions.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Lead the UX process from research and ideation to prototyping and design execution
• Design high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes (Figma)
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and apply insights to refine design solutions
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and key stakeholders for implementation
• Maintain information architecture and consistent UX patterns across products
• Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder and user feedback
• Leverage data, research tools, and AI platforms to accelerate workflows
• Monitor UX metrics and continuously improve design outcomes
• Stay updated with design trends and contribute to evolving the design strategy

Job Requirements:

• 2–6 years of professional experience in UX design
• Strong digital portfolio with end-to-end UX case studies
• Proficiency in

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Architecture, or equivalent practical experience
