Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Fine Arts, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in banking, fintech, or enterprise web applications.
Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar design tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, information architecture, and responsive design.
Experience conducting user research, persona creation, and usability testing.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and collaboration with development teams is a plus.
Ability to balance visual design aesthetics with functional usability for financial interfaces.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Primary: To create decks, presentations, newsletters and emails for the AA squad. Secondary: To assist primary UI/UX designer in UI for our flagship products.
