UI / UX Designer

UI/UX Designer Roles & Responsibilities Conduct user research, user interviews, surveys, and usability testing Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes Design visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications Create information architecture, user journey maps, and interaction designs Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders Maintain and evolve design systems, UI components, and style guides Ensure designs meet accessibility, usability, and brand guidelines Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and testing results Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices Education & Eligibility Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), Fine Arts, or a related field Relevant UI/UX certification or diploma will be an added advantage Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects is mandatory Skills RequiredStrong understanding of UX principles, usability, and user-centered design Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Axure Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user testing Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design (preferred) Experience with design systems and accessibility standards (WCAG) Strong visual design skills (typography, color theory, layout) Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Experience 0–2 years for Junior UI/UX Designer 2–5 years for Mid-level UI/UX Designer 5+ years for Senior UI/UX Designer Experience working on web and mobile applications preferred Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus Preferred (Good to Have)Experience with UX analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, Mixpanel) Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions Familiarity with AI-driven or SaaS products How to Apply Can share CV to neetu@ivtexsolutions.com WhatsApp's CV to +91 9692600127 Walk in Interview: Candidates are requested to attend the walk-in interview on or before 7th January 2025 with the following: Updated CV/Resume Laptop (mandatory for technical test) Proper formal dress code Address: 2nd Floor, Tower-1 Commercial Complex, NBCC Imperia, 203, MCL Rd, New Government Colony, Mancheswar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751017
