Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with domain experts to collect, curate, and preprocess training data. Continuously monitor and improve chatbot performance using analytics and user feedback. Implement fallback strategies and escalation to human agents for unresolved queries. Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant standards and policies. Document architecture, workflows, and integration processes for internal reference. Skills & Qualifications:· • Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, especially NLP techniques. Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations. Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or other backend languages (as applicable). Familiarity with platforms like Firebase, AWS Lex, or Microsoft Bot Framework. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Experience in deploying models in production environments is a plus.
