About Us:

Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications using
Figma
.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
Create wireframes, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance user experience.
Ensure a consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.
Deliver high-quality design assets and prototypes to development teams.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Graphic designing for marketing creatives, social media, presentations, and branding (preferred but not mandatory).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in
Figma
for creating UI components, prototypes, and design systems.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
Basic knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS) is a plus but not required.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Graphic designing skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) are a
plus
.
