UI UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can transform ideas into intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a solid understanding of user behaviour, and experience in building modern, user-friendly interfaces across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and user needs.
• Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyse feedback to improve overall user experience.
• Develop and maintain design systems, UI guidelines, and consistent branding standards.
• Translate complex processes into simplistic and visually attractive layouts.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Review and enhance digital assets for better performance, accessibility, and user satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of relevant work.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, or similar.
• Understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and web accessibility standards.
• Strong knowledge of user-centred design methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
