UI UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at Touchwoods, your primary role is to design intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences for websites, mobile apps, and digital products. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless user journeys, high usability, and strong brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and gather insights to define user needs. - Create user personas, user journeys, information architecture, and workflows. - Develop wireframes, low-fidelity layouts, and interaction flow diagrams. - Identify usability issues and propose solutions for improvement. - Design high-fidelity UI layouts, screens, and visual components for websites and apps. - Maintain brand consistency across all digital design output. - Create responsive designs for desktop, mobile, and tablet. - Develop UI style guides, design systems, and reusable components. - Build interactive prototypes for presentations and user testing. - Conduct usability testing sessions and iterate based on feedback. - Collaborate with internal teams to refine the user experience. - Work closely with developers, product managers, content teams, and marketing. - Provide assets, specifications, and documentation for development handover. - Ensure timely delivery of all design tasks as per project deadlines. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related field. - 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design. - Proven portfolio showcasing web/app UI and UX projects.
