UI UX Designer

Job Purpose

To design intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences and visually appealing interfaces for websites, mobile apps, and digital products across Touchwood’s brands. The UI/UX Designer will ensure seamless user journeys, high usability, and strong brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

1. User Experience (UX) Design

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and gather insights to define user needs.
• Create user personas, user journeys, information architecture, and workflows.
• Develop wireframes, low-fidelity layouts, and interaction flow diagrams.
• Identify usability issues and propose solutions for improvement.

2. User Interface (UI) Design

• Design high-fidelity UI layouts, screens, and visual components for websites and apps.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital design output.
• Create responsive designs for desktop, mobile, and tablet.
• Develop UI style guides, design systems, and reusable components.

3. Prototyping & Testing

• Build interactive prototypes for presentations and user testing.
• Conduct usability testing sessions and iterate based on feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine the user experience.

4. Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with developers, product managers, content teams, and marketing.
• Provide assets, specifications, and documentation for development handover.
• Ensure timely delivery of all design tasks as per project deadlines.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user-centric design.
• Proficiency in tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing methods.
• Strong visual design sense, typography, spacing, and layout skills.
• Ability to balance creativity with practicality and business requirements.
• Good communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design (depending on your requirement).
• Proven portfolio showcasing web/app UI and UX projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
