Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Conduct research to identify design trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
Create prototypes and high-fidelity designs to test and validate product concepts.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Job Requirements

Proficient in UX design principles, human-centered design, and interaction design patterns.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end development frameworks.
Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
