UI / UX Designer

• Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web, mobile, and internal tools (e.g. dashboards, portals). • Translate business needs into clean and effective UI/UX and visual design, in collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Support marketing with brand-aligned creatives and digital assets for campaigns and events. • Conduct user research to understand the target audience, workflows, and pain points. • Create user personas to guide design decisions. • Design clear and logical user journeys to help users accomplish tasks easily. • Structure and present information in a way that supports discoverability and engagement. • Map user flows for both new and existing features. • Create wireframes and prototypes using tools like Figma or Adobe XD to validate ideas early. • Develop aesthetically pleasing and functional UI aligned with modern design standards. • Follow and implement brand guidelines of Datalogics India and partner brands including: ◦ Apple ◦ Logitech (Logi) ◦ Power Technologies and More… • Ensure visual consistency across products, platforms, and marketing assets. • Conduct usability testing with internal teams to gather actionable feedback. • Iterate designs based on user insights, performance data, and business feedback. • Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders on a daily basis. • Present and explain design rationale and decisions clearly during reviews. • Work alongside content and sales teams to support design requirements for B2B communication. • Ensure design practices follow accessibility best practices and WCAG guidelines where applicable. • Prioritise inclusive design to serve diverse user needs. • Maintain shared UI component libraries and reusable assets. • Organise design files with clear naming, versioning, and structure. • Ensure smooth handoffs to developers and marketing with properly packaged deliverables. • Understand how design choices impact engagement, bounce rate, conversion, and usability metrics. • Collaborate with analytics and marketing teams for data-informed design iterations. • Tools: Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and more. • Follow Datalogics' standard naming, review, and handover processes for all design files. • Be open to feedback, proactive in learning, and curious about new trends in UI/UX and enterprise design. • Take ownership of projects and collaborate with kindness and clarity. • Demonstrate maturity in communication and consistency in delivery.
