UI / UX Designer

UI/UX Designer Job Description We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team and help us create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing designs for our web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a proven track record of delivering exceptional digital experiences. Responsibilities:   Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs.   Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.   Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.   Design visually stunning and highly functional user interfaces (UI) that align with our brand guidelines.   Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.   Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and analytics.   Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.   Advocate for the user throughout the design process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Required Skills & Qualifications:   Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in designing websites and web applications.   Proficiency in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and collaboration.   Strong command of Adobe Photoshop for image manipulation and graphic design.   A solid portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects, including web applications.   Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.   Experience with responsive design principles and creating designs that adapt across various devices.   Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant, and intuitive user experiences.   Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.   Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points:   Experience with other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator).   Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.   Experience with animation or motion graphics.
