UI / UX Designer

Role Overview: As a UI/UX Designer, your primary responsibility will be to gather and analyze requirement data from the team, work closely with the application and business development team to design strategies for projects, and develop UI mockups and prototypes that demonstrate the look and functionality of websites. You will also be responsible for designing graphic user interface elements, building page navigation buttons, and search fields, as well as identifying and troubleshooting UX problems to provide design solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Gather and analyze requirement data from the team - Work with application and business development team to design strategies for projects - Design graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, icons, and widgets - Build page navigation buttons and search fields - Develop UI mockups and prototypes showcasing site appearance and functionality - Analyze user needs and provide design solutions - Explain designs to team members - Identify and troubleshoot UX problems - Handle layout changes based on user feedback - Adhere to standards on fonts, colors, and images Qualifications Required: - Graduate with any discipline - Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role - Working knowledge of technologies and software such as Sketch, Figma, HTML, CSS (SCSS), Design Systems, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop - Knowledge of wireframe tools - Good time-management skills - Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written - Self-directed and capable of working in fast-paced environments - Ability to work individually or in a team,
