The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for gathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers. You will illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps, design graphic user interface elements, and build page navigation buttons and search fields. Additionally, you will develop UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate the functionality and appearance of websites. It is essential to create original graphic designs, prepare rough drafts for internal teams and stakeholders, and identify and troubleshoot UX problems for better responsiveness. You will also be responsible for conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback and adhering to style standards for fonts, colors, and images. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services and possess a portfolio demonstrating professional work for both web and mobile platforms. Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, and knowledge of HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, and Design Systems is required. You should be a team player with the ability to work independently, excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective multitasking and time-management abilities, and experience in designing interfaces for BPM, SaaS, and CRM applications. This position offers flexible working hours, a 5-day workweek, and additional salary for an extra day spent in the office. The job type is full-time, and the preferred education requirement is a Bachelor's degree. The candidate should have a total of 1 year of work experience, with 1 year in UX and HTML5.
