Job Description

Responsibilities

Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups optimized for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to inform design decisions.
Create visually appealing interfaces that align with brand identity and accessibility standards.
Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure technical feasibility and smooth implementation.
Maintain and evolve the design system, UI kits, and component libraries.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI, human-centered design, and emerging technologies.
Ensure cross-platform optimization and a seamless user experience across devices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role in a SaaS or digital product company.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG).
Experience with prototyping, usability testing, and analytics-based design improvements.
Excellent visual design sense, typography, and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to present design ideas to stakeholders.
