Key Products Scope of Work:-  Air :- Export -Express Carrier- UPS/DHL/FedEx Import-Express Carrier- UPS/DHL/FedEx Export -Air Freight Import -Air Freight Sea :- Export : Sea- LCL & FCL Import : Sea- LCL & FCL Key Role & Activities:- Express Carrier- UPS/DHL/FedEx Import & Export:- Arranging quote for Export & Import express Carrier movement. Execution for Sample/commercial shipment with express Carrier. AWB creation and documentation check as per express carrier, KYC, other etc. Ensure shipment and document well prepared and connected on time with express carrier. For commercial shipment, check list approval is must to opt from shipper/receiver for all export / Import shipment. Import label creation and coordination from express carrier DHL/UPS/FedEx. Import label forward to shipper / receiver for pick up and co-ordinate for respective vendor for import movement. Finalized CHA for Import & Export shipment and pre plan the Import clearance avoid import penalties. Co-ordinate with customer for import document and other docs for advance filing the BOEs. Advance proactive check file the BOEs. Forward the bill to account departments ie. CHA bill, other charge GSEC or warehouse etc, accurately to process the Freight or clearance bills and inform the billing team for bill preparation and ensure no delay in data processing to billing department. Booking to billing process follow monitor with data and ensure for proper billing with Freight and Other charge accurately with account team. Proactive mange Custom Clearance for Export & Import shipment based on available Freight Forwarding, Export & Import Air & Sea Freight, LCL FCL:- Obtaining the quotation from IATA agent /Shipping line for Airport to Airport for Export and Import movement. Rate quote to customer for A to A, Air Freight & Sea LCL and FCL movement. Checking customer key document & KYCs. Obtaining the draft confirmation from customer and provide to IATA agents/shipping line. Pre filing the check list and pre-approved the draft, & coordination for transporter to & from airport/ICD/Seaport. Check list and Draft confirmation opting and ensure the process the seamless smooth. Maintain the purchase bill ie. CHA bill, other charge GSEC or warehouse etc, all amounts accurately pass to billing team for bill preparation.
