As a System Admin at our company, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of IT infrastructure efficiently. With at least 6 years of experience, you will address and resolve operating system-related issues across platforms like Windows, Linux, and macOS. Timely application of OS updates and patches to all systems will be crucial under your supervision. In terms of network management, you will oversee operations to ensure optimal performance and security. Implementing and managing network restrictions to maintain data security and compliance will also fall under your purview. Additionally, managing user accounts, groups, and permissions within Active Directory, as well as enforcing policies for user access and security, will be key responsibilities. Your role will involve developing, implementing, and maintaining Group Policies within Active Directory, aligning them with organizational security requirements and compliance standards. Designing, implementing, and managing firewall rules to safeguard network traffic, as well as conducting regular firewall audits to ensure compliance and identify vulnerabilities, will be essential tasks. Furthermore, you will be expected to manage endpoint security solutions, disk encryption solutions, and antivirus solutions to protect against various threats. Ensuring the deployment, updating, and scanning of antivirus software, maintaining an accurate inventory of IT assets, tracking asset lifecycle, managing relationships with IT vendors and service providers, and overseeing the procurement of IT equipment and software will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management roles. Strong expertise in areas such as OS, network, Active Directory, firewall, endpoint, disk encryption, antivirus, asset, vendor, and procurement management is necessary. Excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to handle complex technical issues, and strong communication and interpersonal skills will be crucial for success in this position.,
