UI UX Designer

UI/UX Designer  Type: Contract-based Contract Duration: 2 months (with the possibility of extension of additional 1 or 2 months, based on project needs and also consent for Non Disclosure andNon Complete acceptance).  Responsibilities UI/UX Audit: Conduct a comprehensive review of the current Pasar app to identify usability issues, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement. User Research: Gather insights through user interviews, surveys, and analytics to understand user needs and pain points. Wire-framing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design solutions and iterate based on feedback. Visual Design: Create high-fidelity mockups and design assets that align with Pasar’s brand identity and enhance user engagement. Usability Testing: Plan and execute usability tests to validate design decisions and refine user interactions. Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions. Design Systems: Establish and maintain a consistent design system to ensure uniformity across the app. Requirements Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of mobile app design projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, or similar. Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. Strong understanding of mobile design principles and best practices. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting. Preferred Qualifications Experience designing for Flutter-based applications. Familiarity with agile development processes. Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.  Minimum 1 years Experience.  Location: Home office at Omkar Nagar, Bengaluru.
