UI UX Designer

Role Overview: As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will play a pivotal role in creating seamless and user-friendly experiences for our Martech products. Your responsibilities will involve translating concepts into intuitive designs, conducting research to inform decisions, collaborating with various teams, and continuously improving the user interface based on feedback and industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to enhance user experiences. - Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to guide design decisions. - Create low to high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. - Design visually appealing interfaces with a keen sense of color theory, typography, and layout principles. - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business requirements. - Contribute to maintaining a consistent design system and component library for cohesive user experiences. - Monitor user behavior, gather feedback, and iterate designs to enhance usability and engagement. - Stay informed about the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices in the Martech industry. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field. - Minimum 1 year of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work. - Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar. - Understanding of responsive design, design systems, and accessibility standards. - Knowledge of user-centered design principles and information architecture. - Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agile environment.,
