The Role: What You ll Own (and Ace)

• You will be the creative force and visual guardian of the LambdaTest brand within the

  Product Marketing Team

  . Your primary focus will be designing high-impact visual assets that drive user acquisition, engagement, and brand perception across all marketing channels.

• Web Design Development:

  Lead the design and visual strategy for the main LambdaTest website. This includes

  revamping existing pages

  and designing new, high-converting

  web-pages for events, product launches, and feature rollouts.

• Marketing Graphics:

  Conceptualize and design compelling

  marketing graphics

  for social platforms (e.g.,

  LinkedIn

  ) to drive engagement and brand visibility.

• Advertising ABM Assets:

  Create visually impactful and performance-driven ad assets for digital campaigns, including

  account-based marketing (ABM) ads for platforms like Google Ads.

• Collateral Presentations:

  Design professional and engaging

  pitch decks for clients

  , as well as company/product presentation decks for stakeholders and events.

• Brand Consistency:

  Ensure all visual marketing assets strictly adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a high standard of quality, clarity, and visual hierarchy.

You ll Thrive Here If You Have

• A strong portfolio with

  3+ years of experience

  focused on

  marketing design, web design, and digital advertising assets.

• Expert-level proficiency in design and prototyping tools like

  Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

• Proven expertise in designing

  conversion-focused landing pages and marketing websites.

• Strong graphic design skills for digital campaigns, including mastery of

  composition, color theory, and typography.

• Experience translating brand guidelines into a cohesive visual language across various media.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with

  HTML/CSS

  to collaborate effectively with web developers.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
• Experience creating

  motion graphics or animated assets.
