Job Title: UI Developer Experience: 5+ Years Location: Remote Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UiPath Developer with over 5 years of IT experience and a minimum of 4 years of hands-on expertise in UiPath RPA development . The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Citrix automation, and will have strong exposure to the finance domain . This role involves designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions to streamline business operations, working closely with cross-functional teams including onshore stakeholders and infrastructure teams. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath and related technologies. Hands-on development using Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) tools and techniques to extract, classify, and process data from unstructured documents. Develop automation solutions in Citrix environments, ensuring performance and reliability. Analyze and understand complex business processes in the finance domain, and identify opportunities for automation. Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of automation workflows. Maintain version control, proper documentation, and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Work with the IT and Infrastructure team to configure environments, manage bot deployments, and resolve system-level issues. Provide support and maintenance of existing automation processes and update solutions as per changing requirements. Ensure timely delivery of automation solutions and meet project deadlines. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 5 years of total IT experience, with 4+ years of hands-on experience in UiPath RPA development. Strong working knowledge and experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) tools. Proven experience working with Citrix environments for automation. Solid understanding of finance and accounting processes or prior experience in the finance domain is required. Strong understanding of SDLC, RPA best practices, and version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in working with onshore/offshore delivery models is a plus. Nice To Have UiPath certification(s) (e.g., UiPath Advanced Developer). Experience with Orchestrator, REFramework, and other UiPath components. Exposure to additional automation tools or scripting languages.
