UI Designer

UI DESIGN ROLE ( NOT UX)

Experience: 1- 3 Years

Must be from a Design School or should have a great design portfolio

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design.
• Create design systems, design libraries, and assets.
• Collaborate with UX designers and other respective teams.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Make sure that every page and every step a user will experience in their interaction with the finished product.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off.
• Create End to End Prototypes in Figma

• Key Requirement:

• Expert knowledge of UI Design principles and standard practices.
• Strong knowledge of responsive and mobile UI design.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Well-versed in using design tools such as Figma, etc.
• Open-minded, hardworking, collaborative, and passionate.
• Highly motivated self-starter with a great sense of humour.
• Ability to analyse an application and transform the design to make it simple and easy to use.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UI Designer based in Pune. The UI Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing, functional designs, developing user interfaces, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that enhance user experiences. Tasks will include crafting mockups, refining design concepts, and coordinating with development teams to ensure high-quality implementation.
