Job Summary : The UI Designer will be responsible for crafting visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional user experiences and staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies. Key Responsibilities: ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, developers, and project managers to understand project requirements and goals. ● Create mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and user interactions. ● Design visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. ● Ensure consistency in design across all digital platforms and maintain brand integrity. ● Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions. ● Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users. ● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design skills. ● Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries. ● Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs. ● Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. ● Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects. ● Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and other relevant software. ● Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. ● Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, layout, and attention to detail. ● Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills. ● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ● Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation. Preferred Qualifications: ● Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. ● Familiarity with motion design and animation principles. ● Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
