Job Description

As an Inside Sales Specialist - Digital Solutions , you’ll introduce potential clients to cutting-edge marketing and in house products and services to businesses that can transform their success. This role is perfect for someone with a keen interest in digital marketing, tech solutions, and consultative sales. Prospect and qualify inbound/outbound leads via email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and digital campaigns. Provide expert guidance on how our services can enhance their results. Maintain a pipeline of leads and ensure consistent follow-ups. Understand client needs across services like Digital Marketing, Web/App Development, ERP, CMS, and more. Maintain and update CRM databases with lead interactions. Pitch relevant solutions and schedule meetings/demos with pre-sales and tech teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, delivery, pre-sales) for effective handovers and collaborations. Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in B2B inside sales, digital/tech services, or SaaS products Strong understanding of marketing, digital tools and technology. Ability to explain solutions in a clear, persuasive manner. Comfortable handling multi-vertical solution offerings and international clients. Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year Schedule: Fixed shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: B2B inside sales: 2 years (Required) Work Location: In person
