Job Overview:

Tutor Community Engagement Manager


Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement & Management

  • Engage and nurture a thriving tutor community across platforms (Cueteacher app, forums, WhatsApp groups, etc.)
  • Develop and execute engagement strategies to drive active participation and discussions
  • Plan and host large-scale virtual and in-person events for community celebrations
  • Organize virtual and physical events to strengthen community bonds

  • Own the communication calendar across

    email, WhatsApp, Cueteacher app, LinkedIn, and Facebook

  • Create compelling content to engage existing tutors and highlight community achievements to attract new members
  • Develop strategies for rewards, recognition, and celebrations within the community
  • Run social media campaigns to engage the community

Community Growth & Expansion
