Tulip MES developer

We are seeking a skilled biotech Tulip MES Developer to design, configure, and support Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions in a GMP-regulated life sciences environment. Your role will be integral to our operations, as you will be responsible for the digital transformation of our manufacturing workflows.

As a Tulip MES Developer, your primary focus will be on developing, optimizing, and maintaining digital manufacturing workflows and applications on the unique Tulip platform. You will work closely with the MES Product Owner to execute user stories from the backlog, document work in alignment with compliance standards, and deliver high-quality MES applications.

Responsibilities

● Your role will be crucial in building and deploying Tulip applications that support digital manufacturing workflows, electronic batch records, work instructions, and shop floor data collection. This will significantly impact our operations and efficiency.

● Execute development tasks based on defined user stories in the backlog.

● Document development work, configurations, and technical specifications in compliance with our strict adherence to GMP and GxP standards. Your work will ensure that we maintain the highest levels of compliance and quality in our operations.

● Configure connectors, triggers, and dashboards to integrate Tulip with ERP, LIMS, QMS, and other enterprise systems.

● Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and deliver value iteratively.

● Support system qualification activities (URS, FRS, test scripts, IQ/OQ/PQ).

● Troubleshoot and resolve application or integration issues while minimizing operational downtime.

● Contribute to standardized development practices, reusable templates, and harmonized MES solutions.

● Provide end-user support, training, and assistance with change management.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

● Hands-on experience developing in Tulip MES, or other MES platforms such as Werum PAS-X, Rockwell FactoryTalk, Siemens Opcenter, Emerson Syncade, or AspenTech.

● Familiarity with GMP, GxP, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements.

● Experience working with agile development practices (e.g., Scrum, SAFe), including backlog tracking in Jira or Azure DevOps.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,039,593.05 - ₹2,511,589.53 per year
