Senior Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer at our company, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable frontend and backend systems. Your role will involve building reusable, testable, and efficient code using React for the frontend and Node.js for the backend. You will also be integrating with various third-party services such as Stripe, Twilio, and AWS services like S3, SES, and Lambda. Collaboration with UI/UX designers and the product team will be essential to bring designs to life. Additionally, you will optimize applications for speed, security, and scalability, participate in code reviews, documentation, and agile development practices, as well as debug production issues and proactively improve system reliability. In terms of technology stack, you will be working with React, Tailwind CSS, and Next.js for the frontend, Node.js (Express or similar) for the backend, MongoDB for the database, and AWS services like S3, EC2, Lambda, and SES for cloud operations. Familiarity with tools such as GitHub Actions, Docker, Stripe, Twilio, Figma, and Git will also be beneficial for this role. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 3+ years of full stack development experience, proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and React, experience with backend frameworks like Express or NestJS, familiarity with database design and query optimization, a solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration techniques, as well as strong problem-solving and communication skills. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment is essential for success in this role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.
