Academic Delivery
Conduct classes as per the official time table, academic plan, and company-provided DPP (Daily Practice Problems).
Ensure conceptual clarity, effective time management, and active student engagement during sessions.
Provide academic support through follow-ups, doubt clarification, and guidance as required.

Lesson Planning & Preparation
Prepare thoroughly for sessions in advance as per the prescribed academic Plan.
Submit lesson outlines, teaching aids, or supporting materials if requested by the Academic Coordinator.

Class Schedules & Timings
Sessions will primarily be held in early mornings and evenings.
Faculty must be flexible with session timings as per academic requirements.

Collect and incorporate structured feedback from students
To improve teaching effectiveness and overall learning outcomes. (This feedback will also form a part of faculty performance evaluation.)

Design and implement a Student Improvement Plan
Identify weak areas of students, track progress through periodic assessments, and take corrective measures (extra classes, remedial sessions, mentoring) to ensure measurable student performance improvement.

Examination & Evaluation
Support exam coordination, including invigilation duties.
Participate in paper valuation and evaluation of internal assessments.

Record Maintenance
Mark attendance for every session accurately.
Make calls to absentees when required.
Maintain basic class-related documentation, including academic progress tracking and student performance notes.

Parent–Teacher Meetings (PTMs)
Participate in PTMs, review discussions, and student performance review meetings.
Ensure transparency and continuous improvement in student performance through these interactions.

Academic Enrichment & Centre Development
Contribute to initiatives that enhance student learning experiences, including enrichment programs, academic events, and performance-improvement activities.
Support admission campaigns, awareness drives, and other initiatives that strengthen the institute’s growth and visibility.

Training & Workshops
Actively participate in faculty training programs, academic workshops, and professional development sessions.

Availability in Centre for doubt clearance
Ensure your availability at centers for student doubt clearance as per the schedule set by the academic coordinator.
