Summary:

Domain:
Commercial Lending, Corporate Banking, and Credit Assessment
Experience Range:
7-14 years
Key Skills:

Strong understanding of end-to-end commercial lending lifecycle from onboarding, credit appraisal, limit setup, collateral, credit policy understanding, to loan disbursement and servicing.
Hands-on experience in implementing Lending Origination Systems (LOS) / Loan Management Systems (LMS) or credit evaluation solutions in banks or NBFCs.
Good understanding of credit risk and regulatory metrics such as RWA (Risk Weighted Assets), EAD (Exposure at Default), and LGD (Loss Given Default).

Domain:
Credit Transformation / Corporate Lending
Key Skills:

Product ownership experience in large-scale lending or credit transformation programs.
Strong knowledge of corporate lending solutions such as Finacle LOS, BaNCS, or FINOne.
Experience in defining product roadmaps, managing feature prioritization, and ensuring business alignment.
Exposure to data analytics or data science, and ability to derive actionable insights and support data-driven decisions.
