Job requisition ID :: 82155 Date: Jun 21, 2025 Location: Kolkata Designation: Manager Entity: Lead the end-to-end SAP QM implementation or support for power utility clients. Conduct detailed process analysis and design workshops for Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Notifications, and Quality Certificates. Integrate SAP QM with MM (Material Management), PM (Plant Maintenance), and PP (Production Planning) modules, especially in the context of utility asset management. Customize SAP QM to address requirements around supplier quality, field inspection, plant maintenance quality, and safety compliance. Drive fit-gap analysis and create functional specifications for custom developments. Collaborate with ABAP developers for reports, enhancements, and interface design. Support data migration, testing (unit, integration, and UAT), training, and cutover activities. Provide post-go-live support and process optimization for quality assurance in power generation, transmission, and distribution environments. Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., ISO, OSHA, local utility regulations). Guide junior consultants and ensure adherence to SAP Activate or Agile methodology as applicable.
