Summary:
We are looking for an experienced TRIRIGA Support – Developer to support, configure, and enhance IBM TRIRIGA IWMS applications. The role involves strong functional and technical expertise across lease management, construction and facilities management, along with system administration and reporting.
The Opportunity:
- Work on enterprise-level IBM TRIRIGA implementations and support engagements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and enhance IWMS solutions
- Play a key role in system stability, enhancements, and integrations
- Gain exposure to end-to-end property, lease, and maintenance management modules
What you need:
- Strong hands-on experience in IBM TRIRIGA development and support
- Ability to handle configuration, customization, and day-to-day administration
- Functional understanding of property, lease, maintenance, and construction workflows
- Experience working in support and enhancement projects
Required Skills:
- Extensive experience in configuring, customizing, and developing IBM TRIRIGA IWMS (workflows, forms, reports)
- Strong knowledge of PM – Lease Management and CM/FM (Construction & Facilities Management) modules
- Experience in IBM TRIRIGA System Administration, monitoring, and reporting activities
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Database and PL/SQL
- Experience in installation and configuration of PM–Lease Management modules
- Proficiency in day-to-day TRIRIGA administration and support activities
Desired Skills:
- Experience with property provider configuration and customization
- Good exposure to Maintenance Management, including:
- Knowledge of Lease Accounting, including:
- Index Adjustment Calculator
- Experience with approval workflows and business processes
- Hands-on experience with Data Management and Integration tools such as:
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in IBM TRIRIGA development/support preferred
