Job Summary

As a Sr Product Specialist in ISG you will play a crucial role in enhancing our product offerings by leveraging your expertise in Triple A Plus. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and ensure alignment with market demands. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of day shifts and requires no travel allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while contributing to the companys growth.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and enhancement of product features by utilizing your expertise in Triple A Plus Triple A to meet market demands.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure successful product implementation and maintenance.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Oversee the product lifecycle from conception to launch ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation to support internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct regular product reviews and assessments to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with company goals.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of product requirements and objectives.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain product integrity and customer trust.
Drive initiatives to enhance product performance and user experience contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
Monitor and report on product performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making and future development.
Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback for product refinement and enhancement.
Support sales and marketing teams by providing product expertise and insights to drive business growth.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Triple A Plus with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
Have a proven track record of successfully managing product lifecycles and delivering high-quality solutions.
Show a keen understanding of market trends and the ability to translate them into actionable product strategies.
Display proficiency in project management and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Maintain a customer-centric approach to ensure product offerings meet and exceed user expectations.

Certifications Required
