About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed audits of supplier invoices, credit notes, and payment entries.
• Identify revenue leakages and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Handle complex supplier reconciliations independently and ensure accurate closures.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve payment disputes, discrepancies, and pending items.
• Monitor payment cycles and ensure compliance with agreed credit terms.
• Review financial processes and suggest improvements to tighten internal controls.
• Work cross-functionally with Procurement, Ops, and Tech teams to align workflows.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready documentation for all financial transactions.
• Track and report on outstanding balances and reconciliation status with regular MIS reports.
• Dive deep into recurring issues and take ownership to solve them at the root level.
• Ensure that vendor contracts are adhered to in financial and operational terms.
• Assist in streamlining the accounts payable process using technology or automation.
  

Who Should Apply?

• 4 -6 years of experience in Accounts Payable / Revenue Assurance / Financial Audit / Vendor Reconciliation.
• Strong expertise in auditing, exception analysis, and supplier settlement cycles.
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, reconciliation sheets).
• Experience with ERPs like SAP, Tally, or Microsoft dynamics.
• Exceptional attention to detail and high ownership of tasks.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
