Accountability

Supporting Actions/ Tasks(Example: Coordinate with several units to ensure receipt of accounts statement”)

Borrowing programs, term loans, project finance, syndicated loans, bilateral facilities, revolving credit lines, overdrafts, leasing, etc. - 40%

Supply-chain, factoring, and off-balance sheet financing - 10%

Credit ratings, supporting lenders credit processes - 10%

Risk mitigation (interest rate and currency risks), treasury policies and procedures for all sites, and ensuring compliance, related reporting - 10%

Develop new relationships with lenders, financial institutions, and bankers - 10%

Maximize risk-adjusted yield on short term investments - 10%

Support in pursuing organic and inorganic growth opportunities like M&A, JV, greenfield projects, etc. with financial analysis, diligence, and other such efforts - 10%
