Travel Sales Manager

As a Regional Agent Networking in Maharashtra & Gujarat, your role will involve building, developing, and managing strong relationships with travel agents and B2B partners across key cities like Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Surat, Vadodara, Rajkot, and others. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new travel agents to expand the distribution network and increase brand presence. Conducting regular in-person and virtual meetings with travel agents to promote products and services, address concerns, and generate leads will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, timely follow-ups on inquiries, quotations, and leads, as well as ongoing engagement and satisfaction of agents, will be crucial. Implementing sales strategies and campaigns to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, along with gathering insights on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to optimize the sales approach, will also be part of your duties. Educating and supporting travel agents on product offerings, booking tools, and sales promotions, as well as maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and lead progress using CRM tools, will be essential for success in this role. Qualifications required for this position include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, Marketing, or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel industry. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful agent networks is necessary, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office and CRM software, and willingness to travel as required are also important qualifications.
