We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Travel Sales Manager who will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, setting up meetings, and converting leads into successful travel package sales. If you come from a strong sales background—especially Insurance, Real Estate, EdTech, or Tour & Travel Sales—we would love to speak with you!

Key Responsibilities

• Call and engage with assigned leads to understand customer travel requirements.
• Schedule appointments/meetings with interested prospects.
• Present and pitch customized travel packages based on customer needs.
• Convert qualified leads into successful bookings.
• Maintain strong follow-up and manage the complete sales cycle.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in Sales (Insurance / Real Estate / EdTech / Travel preferred).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle customer objections and close deals.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and meeting customers when required.
