If you are target-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we would love to connect with you.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales through proactive outreach, customer engagement, and effective relationship building.Identify customer needs and recommend suitable travel services or solutions.Manage leads, track performance, and maintain sales data using tools like Salesforce and MS Excel.Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions, queries, and feedback.Take complete ownership and accountability for meeting sales goals.Ensure timely follow-ups and efficient time management throughout the sales cycle.Stay adaptable and open to learning in a rapidly changing environment.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.Maintain a customer-first approach in every interaction.Requirements1–2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.Prior experience in the travel industry or OTA platforms preferred.Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and strong command of MS Excel.Excellent communication, listening skills, and customer empathy.Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.Self-driven, confident, and strategic thinker with high execution speed.Ability to perform and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Why Join Thrillophilia?Thrillophilia is rewriting the future of travel.
