Purpose

To plan and organize the operations of travel and its related activities.

Accountabilities,

TRAVEL

  • Handle all travel arrangements such as visa, lodging, and flight booking for global location employees.
  • Plan all travel accommodations and itineraries
  • Provide advice on travel documents, insurance, Visa regulations.
  • Managing and processing all travel-related documentation, including payments, itineraries, visas, medical, and legal forms
  • Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedure
  • Help resolve staffs travel issues
  • Researching travel deals and evaluating prices and services
  • Analyzing and preparing reports on travel spend.
