Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional with a strong track record of engaging directly with end buyers(customers) in the textile fabrics and garments industry. This role requires independent research, relationship-building, and negotiation skills to drive sales and stay updated on industry trends and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a background in textile trading, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive sales approach Key Responsibilities: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the Textile fabrics and garments sector. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve fabric export targets. Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes Address and resolve any sales-related issues or disputes promptly. Key Requirements: We are seeking an experienced and proactive candidate for a front-end export sales position, ideally with prior experience in handling export sales in the LATAM markets. MBA Graduate preferred, with 2 to 6 years of sales experience Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple demands and meeting deadlines. Excellent negotiation, communication, and influencing skills. Ability to interface with management at all levels and across cultures. Highly motivated, result-oriented, and driven to achieve goals. Experience in working towards and exceeding sales targets. Strong sales closing skills and Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently. Proficient in data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
