Job Title: Travel Head
Location: OMR, Chennai
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA
Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Travel Head to lead our local travel operations and sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in domestic travel management, team handling, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily travel operations, including bookings, scheduling, vehicle coordination, and customer support.
• Drive sales and business development through new client acquisition and relationship management.
• Manage vendor tie-ups with hotels, transport providers, and local partners.
• Ensure timely delivery of services and smooth coordination between operations and sales teams.
• Handle escalations, maintain service standards, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism preferred).
• 4–6 years of experience in local or domestic travel operations and sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of local routes, vendors, and travel logistics.
• Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
