What You’ll Do

Engage with inbound leads via chat, email, and calls — turning curiosity into bookings
Qualify leads by uncovering their travel style, needs, and preferences
Be a trusted voice: build rapport and highlight why solo travel with our client is special
Manage smooth, high-context handoffs to the client’s Travel Experts (TEs)
Maintain CRM updates with crystal-clear notes
Share feedback and insights to improve scripts, playbooks, and sales flows

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in
inside sales, pre-sales, or customer success with a sales component
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A natural conversationalist who can build trust quickly
Target-driven, but empathetic and traveler-minded
Tech-savvy: quick to learn CRM and sales tools
Bonus: passion for travel or experience in travel/hospitality sales
