We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Travel Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of travel products, destinations, and booking processes, along with excellent customer service and sales skills. You will be responsible for designing and selling customized travel packages, providing professional guidance to clients, and ensuring seamless travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.

Design, promote, and sell customized domestic and international travel packages including flights, hotels, tours, and activities.

Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and itineraries.

Handle booking inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations.

Promote seasonal offers, special packages, and exclusive travel deals.

Ensure smooth coordination of travel arrangements from booking to post-travel follow-up.

Stay updated on travel industry trends, airline updates, visa rules, and tourism regulations.

Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Collaborate with the operations and ticketing team to ensure accurate and timely services.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Travel Consultant/Expert, Sales Executive, or similar role in the tourism industry.

Strong knowledge of international and domestic destinations, airlines, hotels, and travel products.

Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages will be an advantage.

Familiarity with travel booking systems preferred.

Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet sales targets.

Positive attitude, professional approach, and strong attention to detail.
