Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Expert, located in Gurugram. The Travel Expert will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating travel itineraries for clients traveling to India, Nepal, Bhutan, and Sri Lanka. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to understand their travel preferences, providing detailed destination information, and ensuring a seamless travel experience through effective communication with suppliers and local partners. The role also involves addressing any travel-related issues promptly and efficiently. Qualifications Experience in travel planning, itinerary development, and providing destination information Strong customer service and client consultation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using travel booking systems and related software Knowledge of tourism principles, Responsible Tourism, and local cultural experiences Ability to work effectively in a team and manage relationships with suppliers Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle travel-related issues efficiently
