As an enthusiastic member of the Black Panda Enterprises team, you will be contributing to the growth of a UK-based solo travel company that offers extraordinary adventures to individuals exploring the world independently. Your role will go beyond merely addressing inquiries; you will play a crucial part in the sales process, motivating travelers to embark on new experiences, assisting them in their journey of discovery, and ensuring they are thrilled about their upcoming adventures. Your responsibilities will include engaging with inbound leads through various channels such as chat, email, and calls, effectively transforming their interest into bookings. By understanding their travel preferences, needs, and styles, you will be able to qualify leads and establish trust by showcasing the unique aspects of solo travel with our client. Furthermore, you will facilitate seamless transitions to the Travel Experts while maintaining detailed updates in the CRM system. Your insights and feedback will also be invaluable in refining sales strategies and enhancing customer experience. The ideal candidate for this role should possess 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, pre-sales, or customer success with a focus on sales. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust with customers. A target-oriented mindset, combined with empathy and a passion for travel, will set you up for success. Additionally, being tech-savvy and adaptable to learning new CRM and sales tools is crucial, with a bonus for those with a background in travel or hospitality sales.
