Travel & Documentation Expert

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Travel & Documentation Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in travel products, destinations, and booking processes, along with exposure to attestation and translation services. You will be responsible for designing and selling customized travel packages, assisting clients with documentation needs, and ensuring smooth and professional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their travel, attestation, and documentation requirements.
• Design, promote, and sell customized domestic and international travel packages, including flights, hotels, tours, and activities.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, attestation procedures, translation services, travel insurance, and itineraries.
• Handle booking and documentation inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Promote seasonal offers, special packages, and exclusive travel deals.
• Coordinate attestation and translation requests to ensure timely completion.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, airline updates, visa rules, attestation procedures, and tourism regulations.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and service targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the operations and ticketing team to ensure accurate and efficient services.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant/Expert, Sales Executive, or similar role in the travel/tourism or documentation services industry.
• Strong knowledge of international and domestic destinations, airlines, hotels, attestation processes, and translation requirements.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems preferred.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
• Professional approach, positive attitude, and keen attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
