Job Title: Senior Sales Executive – North East India Tourism

About the Role

We are looking for a driven, passionate, and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in tourism sales, deep understanding of North East India tourism destinations, and a proven ability to convert leads into bookings while offering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Handle inbound leads and convert customer inquiries into customized tour bookings.
• Create and pitch personalized travel itineraries for North East India.
• Build strong client relationships and provide consistent follow-up and support.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the tourism sector.
• Coordinate with operations & ground team to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and performance tracking.
• Manage pricing negotiations while maintaining company profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in tourism/hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of North East India tourism destinations.
• Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills.
• Passion for sales and achieving targets.
• Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong time-management and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in CRM, email communication, and online travel platforms preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
