Maintain client records and update booking databases. Support other administrative and office-related duties as required. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients. Requirements: Diploma or Graduation in Tourism or a related field. In-depth knowledge of travel destinations across North East India. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (both spoken and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Good organizational and time-management skills. A customer-first attitude with problem-solving ability.
