Travel Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of North East India destinations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage travel planning and office tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients in planning and booking customized tour packages, with a focus on North East India. Provide accurate information about destinations, transportation options, accommodation, and travel activities. Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Hindi, via phone, email, and in person. Prepare detailed itineraries and travel documentation using Microsoft Office applications. Maintain client records and update booking databases. Support other administrative and office-related duties as required. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients. Requirements: Diploma or Graduation in Tourism or a related field. In-depth knowledge of travel destinations across North East India. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (both spoken and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Good organizational and time-management skills. A customer-first attitude with problem-solving ability.
