Travel Executive

Job Title: Travel Executive – North East India Tourism Location: Guwahati Industry: Tourism & Destination Management Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years in Sales (Tourism Industry) About the Role We are looking for a driven, passionate, and experienced Travel Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in tourism sales, deep understanding of North East India tourism destinations, and a proven ability to convert leads into bookings while offering an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets. Handle inbound leads and convert customer inquiries into customized tour bookings. Create and pitch personalized travel itineraries for North East India. Build strong client relationships and provide consistent follow-up and support. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the tourism sector. Coordinate with operations & ground team to ensure seamless customer experience. Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and performance tracking. Manage pricing negotiations while maintaining company profitability. Requirements Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in tourism/hospitality industry. Strong knowledge and understanding of North East India tourism destinations. Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills. Passion for sales and achieving targets. Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and result-oriented. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Strong time-management and follow-up skills. Proficiency in CRM, email communication, and online travel platforms preferred.
