Travel Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
• Provide expert travel advice and tailor travel solutions to meet client needs.
• Manage the entire booking process, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
• Handle customer queries, resolve complaints professionally, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and bookings using CRM and travel booking systems.
• Participate in travel exhibitions, sales tours, and networking events to generate leads and promote Bayard Vacations.

Preferred candidate profile

Travel Executive

Experience & Knowledge

• 02 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  
• Good knowledge of domestic tour packages, hotel bookings, flight/train reservations, itinerary planning, and travel documentation.
  
• Understanding of travel portals, GDS systems, and online booking platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
  

Skills & Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
  
• Strong customer service approach with the ability to handle queries politely and professionally.
  
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
  
• Ability to create customized itineraries based on client requirements.
  
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Qualification
